This page describes the accounting rules of the lab (especially of how to request for ordering). Details of the following four items will be described here.
Suppliers and websites that our lab use when placing orders are as follows. They are written from the highest priorities to the lowest. Whenever you request for an order, please try to find your desired item from those in the higher priorities.

 

* Ordering by email (4/16) to Kawahara. Those written next to each other are in the same priority rank

 

* As you can see, please first consider suppliers and websites that Kawahara san is in charge of. And if you cannot find it there, then move on to search among those that “office” is in charge of.

* Those written next to each other are in the same priority rank

* After  “office” receives your request, the order will be placed through the following process. (Listed in random order) The process to be used will be chosen by “office” for each request.

- through Yatoro san (an agency)
- directly from an agency’s home-page
- directly from a manufacturer 
- through an agency that the manufacturer recommends

 

Ordering of custom-made items / special use items (irregular items)

If Suzuki sensei tells you to get a written estimate, you may contact the supplier by yourself, but the official order will be done by “office”.
In what kind of cases does Suzuki sensei tell you to get a written estimate?
 The answer is, when it is the first time for us to contact them, or when we cannot find the cost of the product from anywhere, or when we have to determine the specifications.

If you and Suzuki sensei have decided to have it ordered, send your request through the Order Form and forward the emails that you exchanged with the supplier and written estimate to "office@ai.iit.tsukuba.ac.jp” at the same time.

(For students from abroad, please give us your requests to “office” from the beginning, or ask your tutor or the members of the lab to help you.)

 

Desktop computer, Notebook computer, Tablet, Video Camera, Digital Camera
(We need to mange these goods with serial number becuase it can be easily redeemed.)

Please consult with a student in charge of PC and licenses. You can not order them by the above procedure.

Ordering of Bookd
(You can order tham with the normal procedure after sense's approval.)

There are also many books in Sensei’s office, so please check at first if your desired book is in his office or not. If you can’t find it, please consider of purchasing it at Maruzen shop of the university or through “office” (4~5).

*About purchasing a book at Maruzen shop of the university (Both for books in stock and those that have to be ordered by the shop when they are out of stock):
The only thing you have to do is to tell the store staff our extension number (5679 or 5761) and sign on the delivery statement.

It seems that it takes some time until you receive it when it has to be ordered by the shop when they are out of stock, so please check the delivery date.

 

Attention

- Requested delivery time is not needed to be precise date. If you are going to request your order to “office”, use the Order Form. Please give yourself plenty of time to the process of ordering and receiving it, because sometimes it takes time.

- When you give us the amazon URL for reference :Basically, we will order it directly from amazon’s website, but please avoid overuse of amazon, and keep the priority rules written above. However, when the cost is 50,000 yen or more, along with the amazon URL, please give us information of the manufacturer website (or other websites that we can find it).

- As for the end of the fiscal year (January to March)
Your request for ordering of akizuki and amazon will be placed through agencies like Yatoro san in all cases, so please keep in mind that it will take more days until it will be delivered than when we order it directly from their websites (two to 1 week more).Please be careful about the delivery date.
