- The travel expense will be reimbursed according to the official university regulation.

Student Member
- Either the costs of your trip or participation fees will be reimbursed.
If the costs of the trip (accommodations plus transportation) is more expensive than the participation fees, the cost of the trip will be reimbursed (and vice versa). We adjust the coverage for each trip: your personal expense [trip+participation fee] will be around ￥5,000 for the domestic, and ￥10,000 for the international trip.

- Cost of Trip; transportation(train/flight) + accommodations + others (visa, airport tax, etc.)
- Participation Fee： Participation fees in the conference. Membership fee is not supported, but the participation fees to the conference is usually cheaper if you have a membership. So, it is recommended you to get a membership.

- Daily allowance is generally not paid for trips by students.

- Reimbursement is done based on actual costs (exactly how much you paid), but limited to the amount given by the University official regulation. However, your expenses for meals and local transportation at the site are not covered. Please ask in advance if your expenses for local transpotation at the site will exceeds much.

- International conference Participation fee is getting very expensive for students to pay for. Therefore, the total amount of your payment will be adjusted to around \10,000.

- Please understand that the total of the reimbursement is not always followed by this general rule with Suzuki sensei's instructions.

- International Trips: 仮払い(karibarai) is highly recommended. Please submit the documents to the staffs at least 7 weeks before your departure. Please prepare yourself at your earliest convenience.
